Here are a few answers to some Frequently Asked Questions,
(FAQ'S) about how a Business can do business with us !!!
What is the Minimum Order Value ?
We suggest a minimum order value of $150.
Otherwise the cost of shipping can become
prohibitive to the value of the goods.
What is the Minimum Item Quantity ?
(Other than Keychains and Magnets, which are packed in 6's)
We do not have a required item quantity.
Yes... we sell "ones" !!!
What does "Case Quantity" mean ?
Certain items, when you order a slightly larger quantity,
become eligible for "Case" pricing.
The quantity varies by the item.
Can I combine different items to make up the CASE ?
Once you log in...
You will find that some CASE QUANTITIES
say "ASST" and others say "PCS".
Similar items can be combined when the CASE is ASSORTED.
When there are no similar items, then the CASE is comprised
of the one item.
Who decides what items make up the CASE ?
You do !!!
If you are looking at an item with a
CASE QUANTITY of 24 ASST...
you can decide you would like
22 of our Black Bear, 1 Polar Bear and 1 Grizzly Bear...
or whatever combination suits you, best !!!
What about Payment Terms ?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Our standard terms are Net 30, upon approval of credit.
Prior to approval, we suggest payment be made by Credit Card,
which also facilitates delivery of your order.
Shipping ?
Shipping is FOB Blaine, WA for our American Customers, and
FOB Langley, BC for our Canadian Customers.
We work with our freight company partners to try
to get the best rates possible for your order.
Until we actually pack your order, we do not know the
shipping cost, as it is based on the size of the boxes shipped.
Delivery ?
Every effort is taken to ensure quick, and on-time deliveries.
We pride ourselves in shipping all in-stock items
within two or three business days of receiving your order.
Or, if you wish, we will take your booking order,
and ship it when you request.
