Our policy is not designed to exclude online sales.

The Internet is a powerful sales tool, and can open a world-wide marketplace.

Having said that... We remember who helped us build our business.


We do not authorize the selling of our products on the internet without our consent.

We may allow customers that have been dealing with us in good faith to sell
on the Internet, but only if they meet the following conditions:


1) They have a storefront venue.

2) They have been purchasing from us for a period of no less than one year.
These purchases must be of a substantive nature.

3) They are only selling the products that are in their regular merchandising scheme
as associated with their retail operation.
